1. Do you have a shop or showroom for us to see your products?

We currently do not have a showroom or shop to display our products. We have purposely set up an online store instead of physical store because we believe that we could serve our customer better especially by giving them the best prices for the product. Our COBB product is currently the cheapest in the market, with COBB Premier priced at RM680 or US$157. However, prospective buyers in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor can visit our warehouse with prior appointment.

2. What is your two week return guarantee?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the COBB product back to us with no question asked. We trust that our customers believe in our high quality products, but if he/she is unhappy with the product, we would be glad to accept it back.

The only condition is that the product must be in the original condition or box and must never been used. To return the product, all your need is to put the product back in its original box and pay for the postage back to us. We will refund the money (minus bank's fees) after we have received the product safely.

If the product, is damaged during the delivery, we are also happy to provide a replacement for similar product. 

3. Do you provide free delivery?

YES, we do provide free standard delivery (7-14 days) to Malaysia and SIngapore. For express delivery (3-4 days) to Malaysia and Singapore, a minimum charge applies. We have also subsidised delivery costs to other Asean countries. You can discuss with us if you require special delivery to your areas.

4. Do you provide lifetime guarantee?

No, we don't, but we do provide limited guarantee for product defect for six months from the date of purchase. This guarantee do not cover accidental damages or damages caused by uses other than the product's intended purposes.

5. What type of fuel that COBB is suitable for?

COBB Premier and Supreme uses coal or charcoal. For practical purpose, we recommend the high calories charcoal fuel to avoid having to replace the fuel too regularly that can disrupt the cooking process.

For COBB Premier GAS, we recommend the use of butane which is easily available in cannister or catridge. We do not recommend propane for the COBB Gas. If you cannot find gas catridge in your country, you may use catridge converter that enable you to use butane cannister. The use of this converter is subject to safe use regulation in your respective countries. 

6. Is COBB a grill or smoker?

COBB is the most versatile cooking system available in the market. It can grill, roast, bake, smoke, fry and toast. A complete set of COBB, will enable you to try different cooking styles to suit your dishes. It is compact too and comes with its carry bag so you can basically cook anything, anywhere. This is why the product is used more often than any other equipment in the house.
